Try-It-Yourself exercises in Introduction to Linux (LFS101) are too constrained

I dont like the Try-It-Yourself exercises as they are not really intuitive, lack functionality of a usual shell and seem to just compare the input with a single correct-answer string. Pretty annoying when there a almost always multiple ways to write even a simple command.
If you dont get the exact expected answer string it also removes the whole command which is annoying if you have to retype it.
Its really rather annoying then helpful at all.

Im sorry if this is already discussed somewhere, i just felt really frustrated and couldnt find it mentioned with a few keywords i tried.
