Course Practice Exam has a question with, literally, no correct answer

The practice exam at the end of the course has a question where none of the options are Correct. The question is:

An application running in Kubernetes expects its configuration to be provided in a file called app.conf. Which method is most appropriate?

I have taken the practice exam 4 times and literally every option is flagged as incorrect.

I believe this is a bug in the exam.
