Why isn't the course being updated to the new policy types?

According to the current documentation, cluster policies are deprecated and will no longer be supported by Kyverno as of October 26. Unfortunately, this means the course is of very little use to me or other buyers.

    Hello @marzet,

You are correct that in the latest version, v1.17.0, ClusterPolicy has been deprecated. However, saying that it is no longer supported would not be accurate. Because many organizations have not yet fully migrated to the newer model, ClusterPolicy is still available for backward compatibility and continues to work, including in the upcoming v1.18.0 release and scheduled to be removed by version 1.20.

That said, your point about the course needing an upgrade is absolutely valid. The maintainers are currently working on updating the content and have assured me that these changes will be reflected in the course very soon.

You can verify this directly in the playground. https://playground.kyverno.io/#/

Thank you for raising your concern. We truly appreciate your feedback and are committed to making this course an even better learning experience.
