What preparation could we do before the summer mentorship's application opens in mid-April?

Hi, I have an experience in creating my own x86-64 Unix-like kernel from scratch for my real machine using C and assembly. And I am relatively new to Linux kernel development too. I am interested in memory management (primary) and filesystems subsytems. I have also sent two simple patches within the drivers area and one of them was merged upstream.
I also tried to solve a syzkaller MM bug 0 involving a race condition and I was partially successful. I have also completed the LFD103 course. What else could I do before the application for the summer term opens? Like trying contributing to MM more, updating resume, etc? In the case of contribution, could we get help in identifying a beginner bug to solve? Thanks.
