What is the best method to convert PST files to CSV?

Using a reliable method that guarantees accuracy and full data extraction is the best way to change PST files to CSV. There are manual methods available, but they are limited and not good for converting large amounts of data.
You can use Microsoft Outlook's import/export feature to export contacts from a PST file to CSV format. This is a simple manual method. This method only works for contacts, though, and you need to have Outlook installed and set up correctly for it to work. It also isn't very flexible and isn't the best way to handle more than one PST file.

The best and most recommended way is to use a professional PST Converter, which lets you convert a lot of PST files to CSV at once. These tools can get information from your mailbox, such as contacts, emails, and other items, while keeping the structure and important fields intact. They also have features like preview, selective conversion, and the ability to work with big files.

It's easy to do: add the PST file, choose CSV as the output format, pick the data you want (like contacts), and start the conversion. This guarantees quick and accurate results without losing any data.
I found BLR Tools to be a reliable solution for my work because it quickly converted PST files to CSV files while keeping all of the data intact.
