Terminal froze and session disconnected : could not rejoin properly → forced to end exam

Describe the issue that occurred and describe the behavior you were expecting

I was taking the CKA exam, which started on March 25, 2026 at 7:00 AM Asia/Kolkata, and experienced a technical issue during the session.

The exam terminal became unresponsive and eventually I was logged out of the session. When I tried to log back in, I was only given the option to end the exam.

At that point, I still had approximately 10 minutes remaining and was unable to review or complete a few remaining questions due to this issue.

This was very frustrating, as I was not able to fully complete all of the questions. I felt well-prepared for the exam and had successfully completed multiple practice exams without any issues, so this disruption significantly will impact my performance. I just left few easy questions like adding resources, troubleshooting Control Plane etc

I would request you to kindly review my session logs and advise on the possibility of a retake or any appropriate resolution.
