Course material isn't loading- An unknown error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again.

I purchased the course today and I was able to make it through the first few sections but now I keep getting the 3 pulsing dots and a browser error of "An unknown error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."

I've cleared cookies and cache, done hard refreshes, different browsers, signed out and signed back in, nothing has worked. Is there some type of outage causing this?
