Technical Issue Report: Exam Session Disconnection - CKA

I am writing to formally report a series of technical issues I encountered during my exam scheduled for today, February 27, 2026. Despite following all pre-exam requirements and passing the system checklists, I was unable to complete my session due to server-side errors.

Initial Login: I logged in 30 minutes early but was repeatedly met with the error: "An unexpected error occured on the server. 0HNJF05HLL4FA:000002F0"

Check-in: After several reboots, I was finally able to reach the proctor. During the ID verification, the session hung, necessitating another reboot.

Disconnection: Once I regained access and attempted to start, the session was automatically disconnected/timed out because the troubleshooting process had exceeded the 30-minute check-in window.

I have dedicated significant time to preparing for this certification and am very disappointed that technical instability prevented me from completing my retake. Given that these issues were entirely outside of my control and not related to my local environment, I am requesting that my retake eligibility be restored or my exam be rescheduled at no additional cost.

I look forward to your support in resolving this matter so I can finally complete my exam.
