CKAD passed but certificate and Credly badge not received (48+ hours)

Hi everyone,

I passed the CKAD exam about 2 days ago.
"The result" page shows Status: Pass (green), however:

I have not received any confirmation email

The CKAD certificate does not appear under my Certificates tab (I can see my KCNA certificate there)

The Credly badge has not been issued

I opened a support ticket over 24 hours ago, but the status is still “Waiting for support” and I haven’t received any response yet.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently?
Is there anything else I should do?

    Hi @ebozkir

    Congratulations on your CKAD achievement! Once your ticket is assigned, the Customer Support team will assist you with the badge. Response time can take up to several business days, depending on the volume of tickets in the queue.

    Hi @fcioanca , thanks for the response.

    Just to clarify, the issue is not only the Credly badge.

    I also cannot see the CKAD certificate in my Linux Foundation dashboard, and I have not received any confirmation email either.
    (For reference, my KCNA certificate is visible in the same account.)

    So it seems that the certificate itself has not been issued yet, not just the badge.

    Could you please advise on whether this situation requires manual processing by the support team, or if there is anything else I should do while waiting for the ticket to be assigned?

    Hi @ebozkir

    The issuance of the certificate of completion and badge is automated, except for a small number of situations that may require manual processing, including when system glitches occur. At this point, there is nothing else to do on your side. The Support team will work with you to resolve all issues.

    Please note that the forums are meant to be used exclusively for course content related questions, and are monitored by instructors and Training staff. We do not have visibility into the exam side or support queue.
