Losing connection to Control Plane and Worker after joining Worker Node

I am trying to setup for the first lab, section 2.2. My node IP addresses are in the 172 range. As soon as I join my worker node to the cluster, I lose network access to my Control Plane and my Worker node VMs. I am running on Proxmox 8.4.1. I can connect to the virtual consoles still, and they can ping each other from there. But I am unable to SSH to either VM now.

    Looks to be an issue with my company's Cisco Anywhere VPN config. Connecting from a personal machine instead of my work computer does not have the same problem. A bit confused why it did not start having a problem until the worker node joined the cluster. I consistently reproduced that behavior. But again, only on the my corporate laptop.
