LFEL1001 Knowledge Check #6 wrong answer in 6.1 marked as "correct"

In the aforementioned knowledge check you mark the answer "Critical software that is OSS can use internal control (aka self-assessment) but must also meet some additional criteria" as true.
That, however, is false. It only applies to the "important" category (Annex III), following Art. 32 (5), but not the "critical" category (Annex IV).

Also, I think the slide "Meeting Conformity and Documentation Requirements" is misleading at the point "OSS & Important: May use internal control if technical documentation is public", because it seems either is sufficient. However, both must be fulfilled.
I suggest re-phrasing to "simultaneously OSS & important" or "OSS & Important (both at the same time)".

    Hi @resilience2020,

Thank you for the feedback. You are absolutely right that the answer choice should be “important” software. That has now been updated in the course.

We also agree that rephrasing some of the language will improve clarity, and we are currently working on those updates as well. Thank you again for flagging this for us.
