How do I transfer GoDaddy Workspace Email to Gmail?

You can transfer GoDaddy Workspace Email to Gmail using either a manual method or a dedicated backup tool, depending on how many emails you have.

The manual way is to use Gmail’s Import Mail and Contacts feature. First, sign in to your Gmail account, open Settings, go to Accounts and Import, and choose Import mail and contacts. Then enter your GoDaddy Workspace email address and its login details. Gmail will connect using POP settings and start copying emails into your Gmail inbox. This method works fine for small mailboxes, but it usually imports only inbox emails, takes time, and does not keep emails synced after the import is finished.

Another manual option is forwarding emails from GoDaddy Workspace to Gmail one by one. This is only practical if you have very few emails, as it can be slow and easy to miss attachments or folders.

If you have a large mailbox or want a smoother process, many users choose the MailConverterTools GoDaddy Email Backup Tool. This tool allows you to sign in with your GoDaddy Workspace account, select Gmail as the destination, and transfer emails in bulk. It helps keep folders and attachments intact and avoids duplicate emails, while leaving the original GoDaddy data unchanged.
