CKA exam finished without myself even attempting the exam.

I faced my exam today on 21/12/2025. I entered the exam at 00.00 am SL time. The exam was supposed to happen at 00.30 am. The registration and admission process took so long so that I got to start the exam at 1.00am

While I was facing the exam after 10 minutes, the proctor paused the session saying they cannot see me from the camera. The camera was working fine and I had a decent network with bandwidth of 50 Mbps at that time. I did not see any issues. I myself could see me from the live feed.

Then they asked a technical person to join the session. He joined after around 30 minutes. They asked me to run the psi secure browser as an admin. I did as they said. Then I had to go through all the registration and approval process again. It took around another hour. Then during the registration again proctor did not allow me to enter the exam saying they cannot see me.

I refreshed the screen then tried for the third time. This time I was not able to even get in to the approval process as I had wait for around 30 to 40 minutes for a proctor to be available, but still a proctor did not join.

This time I already had raised the ticket (TCCS-161500) in customer portal, but did not get any feedback from your side.

Then I tried for the 4th time just in case. After approval and registration process (which again took more than 30,40 minutes) I was able to get the exam again. But this time when I entered, the clock had run out. It showed I have only 60 minutes. When the proctor paused my exam during the first attempt I had more than 100 minutes left. Then I informed this to the proctor. He paused the session again and asked a technical rep to join. I waited for more that 40 minutes again for them to join. This time I even tried calling the number. But did not get any response.

I was mentally and physically exhausted as I have been stuck for more than 5 hours. There was no update to the ticket as well. The technical rep did not join so I had to leave at around 5.30 am SL time. Now in the portal it says the exam has ended without myself even getting the chance to attempt the exam.

I spent lot of my hard earned money to sit for this exam and is extremely disappointed. Hope you can provide a solution as quickly as you can.
