Typos/errors in LFD 121

Hello,
I think there are two errors/typos in LFD121:

First typo
in chapter “6. Reusing External Software“
in section “Supply Chain”
in “Selecting (Evaluating) Open Source Software“
open the box “Does it have significant use?“

There it says: “Software with many users or large users may be inappropriate for your use.“ Should this be “Software with few users or no large users may be inappropriate for your use.“?

Second error
In Chapter 7 "Input Validation"
In Knowledge Check 7.8 (last question "Which of the following statements is true?")
Answer a. and d. are exactly the same:

a. Command line tools should typically look for security configuration information in the current directory
d. Command line tools should typically look for security configuration information in the current directory

Thank you for looking into this <3

    Hi @jodian,

Thank you for flagging both of these issues.

For Knowledge Check 7.8, you are absolutely right. We corrected the question so that all answer choices are now distinct.

Regarding the wording in “Selecting (Evaluating) Open Source Software”, this was not a typo, but we agree the phrasing could be confusing. We also noticed that the source document it references was updated earlier this year, so we updated the course page to reflect the updated content and revised wording.

Thank you again for taking the time to review the course and share your feedback.

    Regards,
