Extension on CKS & KCSA Exam Vouchers

Hi Team,

I’ve already raised a support ticket (TCCS-161279) regarding a request for an extension on my CKS and KCSA exam vouchers.

Due to some health issues in my family, I wasn’t able to prepare as planned, and I’m hoping for a bit of understanding and support. I’ve invested a significant amount in these exams and genuinely want to complete them with proper preparation, but given how challenging they are, I could really use a little extra time.

I’ve shared all the details in the ticket and would truly appreciate it if someone from the team could take a look as soon as possible.

My voucher is expiring tomorrow , I've not got chance to attend even single attempt due to the reasons mentioned.
