How to Find and Remove Duplicates from Outlook Mailbox?

If your Outlook mailbox slowly becoming heavier with repeated emails, old contacts, and duplicate calendar entries. These duplicates usually come from importing PST files, syncing multiple devices, or accidental downloads. Eventually, it becomes harder to find important messages.

To clean things up without manually searching every folder, you load your PST file into the SysInfo Outlook Duplicate Remover Tool. First, the tool shows your entire mailbox structure, letting you choose exactly which folders you want to scan. Then you apply simple filters—maybe a date range or specific item categories like mail, tasks, or contacts.

The tool compares every item, checks their details, and highlights anything that appears more than once. After previewing the results, you can decide whether to delete the duplicates, move them to another folder, or simply flag them. Finally, you save a new PST file with just the unique items. In a few minutes, your mailbox goes from cluttered to clean and organized again.
