Advice on Troubleshooting Scenarios for the LFCA Certification Journey

Hello everyone,
In order to get ready for the LFCA exam, I've been looking into a variety of resources, such as community guides, Linux documentation, and practical labs. I began using **CertsMatrix **halfway through my preparation, and it has been incredibly useful for practicing scenario based questions and making connections between theoretical knowledge and real-world Linux administration tasks.
I'm trying to explain a situation where some users on a multi-user system are unable to access shared directories even though their permissions seem to be correct. Would checking ACLs, confirming group memberships, or looking at mount options be the best course of action first?
Anyone who has completed the LFCA exam or experienced comparable real-world Linux troubleshooting scenarios would be greatly appreciated for their insights. Your advice would enable me to confidently continue preparing and validate my strategy.
