How to Remove a Password from a PST File for Access on a New Laptop?

I recently switched to a new laptop and brought along an old Outlook PST file that I used on my previous system. The problem is that the PST file is password-protected, and I can not remember the exact password anymore. Because of this, I am unable to open or import the PST file into Outlook on my new device. Is there any safe way to remove or reset the password from this PST file so I can access my emails again on the new laptop?
