Lab 3.4: references to tcpdump

Hello,
In Lab 3.4, steps 22 and 23 have references to a running tcpdump that seems to be from previous versions of this Lab.
I agree that seeing network traffic in a k8s environment is very "tricky" because involves network plugins, virtual interfaces, firewall rules, etc. So, I suggest that it could be convenient to remove this remaining references to avoid possible confusions.
