Result not released after 50hrs

Hello I gave my exam at 27th Oct but haven’t got the results back
Raised TCCS-155171and TCCS-155171
For the command taking too long to execute. I told my proctor as well but he suggested to call the support in middle of the exam
I’ve been waiting for support to get back since 3 days but no assistance have been provided.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that opening multiple tickets will not speed up processing or help in any way. Tickets are assigned and processed in the order they are received. Processing time can take multiple business days (no weekends or holidays) depending on the number of tickets in the queue.
