Exam technical issues

I appeared for cka exam on 27 august 2025 , there were many issues i face with the exam interface, when proctor said I will be starting exam now after that exam started but was not visible to me my screen was stuck with some error message and while it got resolved already I lost around 7 to 10 minutes on exam timer and also message window was not folding back, also to share this and communicate with proctor and technical team I lost some more time focus and mental peace and I just scored 49%, 2 or 3 more questions could have helped me get through . As this was my second attempt I humbly request for one more free attempt to make up for this missed opportunity .eagerly waiting for response as I have already commited to organization and my deadline is very near .my ticket no tcss-150265

  • Do you plan to allow or already allow exam centre for CKA exam , to avoid technical issue as option .as i struggled a lot with technical glitches and I would really appreciate if any such arrangements could be made just like for other platforms azure , AWS we have exam centre options
