Trying to install docker onto Linux VM (Virtualbox)

Im running the install commands from the lab and when i come to install docker.ce and the other elements i get the following:

If you could provided any assistance?

Its a tad frustrating to be using such an out-dated set of LABs

While course updates are in progress, it is highly recommended to visit the vendor's website to install Docker components on the OS of your VirtualBox VM. Requirements, GPG keys, and various installation methods may be available for your OS.
