Very bad CKA exam PSI experience

In both CKA exams, the first one and the retake, the quality of the PSI exam was extremely bad. I've lost a lot of time just because of their technical issues and the capacity of concentration was inversely proportional to my anger against the exam environment. It's incredible to have this poor quality when we are paying 300$ for the certification. Actually a shame.
