LFEL1001: Knowledge Check 4.3 Cannot Submit Answer

In the Knowledge Check 4.3 Quiz I am unable to submit my answer for this question. It is a multiple answer question (first of these that I ran into, all others were a single answer). I am able to select multiple answers, but the button just says "Next Question" instead of "Submit" to see if you answer was correct before proceeding.

After I complete the quiz I am able to review the answers and it shows what I selected for this question correctly and if I was correct or not.

Same thing occurred on Knowledge Check 5.2 and 5.3. These were also multiple answer questions.

Same thing occurred on Knowledge Check 6.1. This was also a multiple answer question.

In the final exam, I received a mark of 9/10. I got the first 9 answers correct, but upon reviewing the answers for the last question it did not show what answers were correct/incorrect. It just showed what answers I had selected (it was also a multiple answer question).

The final question was:

Select all answers that apply. What information must be provided to PDE users according to the CRA:

a. Manufacturer name, postal/email address, and website
b. Point of contact for reporting vulnerabilities & coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy
c. Intended PDE purpose
d. Internet address for the EU declaration of conformity
e. Detailed technical documentation

Did this just skip marking this question or did I get it wrong? I selected A, B, and C here.

Hi @j28smith

For the final exam, you did answer incorrectly that particular question. The final exam is a different type of quiz, and it will not display correct answers for questions you answered incorrectly.

Regarding the behavior of the multiple response knowledge check questions, I was able to reproduce it. It seems to be a new behavior displayed by the platform. We will look into it, however, it should not affect your progress within the course in any way, and it does not count towards completion.

Thanks @fcioanca. I realize the answers are not shown as you go during the final exam, however at the end you are able to review the questions and answers and the answer for that final question was not shown. Or is this the expectation for questions that you did not answer correctly?

Mostly just trying to provide feedback so improvements can be made in the future. Overall, it was a great course and overview of the CRA.
