PSI is the only option to take CKA exam

Options

Hello,
I have passed multiple exams in my IT career (Microsoft, VMware, IBM).
All these exams taken on certified exam centers.
Today I have taken the CKA exam with PSI proctor. :(
Very rude person: interrupt multiple times with no obvious reason. Finally he has threatened that will cancel the exam because my mouth is open.
There is no possibility to take the exam on a certified center no using the PSI Company .

    Hi @mircealbutiu ,

We apologize for this experience and for the frustration it has caused. We use PSI to provide a proctored and secure testing environment so that exam results are a fair and valid indicator of knowledge and skill - but we do understand that problems sometimes arise. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and report your experience. They will be able to assist you. Please note that response time can take several business days (weekends and holidays are not included).

    Kind Regards,
    Ariane
