LFEL1002 - Links to old repositories in "Security Tools" chapter

Hello,

I discovered that some links to repositories in the "Security Tools" chapter are outdated. The repositories on GitHub are archived:
1. cargo-geiger: https://github.com/anderejd/cargo-geiger
2. parity-ethereum: https://github.com/openethereum/parity-ethereum

For the first one, it seems that the original repository is active (again?). It is also linked from the crates.io page of the project.

The second one seems to be not active anymore. At least I cannot find anything about it.
