    Hi @sysengkg,

Thank you for flagging this question. In the context of the presented options, A is correct. bhyve, as a hypervisor, is advertised as a type-2 hypervisor, however, it presents hybrid characteristics between type-1 and type-2. It is also presented as such on the Virtualization page of Module 2.

    Regards,
    -Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for getting back on this.

I think I see the logic now, it's that it would be correct to simultaneously include bhyve into answer B, right?

Probably the same logic is applied in Module 3, Section "Amazon EC2 overview", where KVM is stated to be a Type-1 hypervisor.

All in all, it's confusing course takers, I think (or at least it confused me). If something is classified hybrid, it's not logical OR in terms of classification. It's a separate class in itself.

    Hi @sysengkg,

Thank you for your suggestion. I see your point about including the hypervisor in the second option as well, for a clearer reflection of the content. We shall revise the content and make adjustments as deemed necessary.

    Regards,
    -Chris
