Trying to start my certification journey - KNCA , paid for exam with no option to schedule
Hi
So in the midst of my excitement on spending the last 6 months prepping with theory , labs and Udemy courses for the KCNA exam.I paid for the KNCA exam on training portal with the idea to schedule in 2 weeks, only to be met by a blank screen with only option to submit assignment.I have logged a request on the support system that is in "waiting for support" for the last 3 days : TCCS-143943.The feedback is really disappointing and this experience has somewhat discouraged me from proceeding on this full certification path.Has someone else gone through any similar scenarios previosuly and been promptly resolved ?

Hi @ryandcam
We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Please note that response time can take up to several business days (weekends and holidays are not included), as the Customer Support Team is working to address each ticket in the order they are received. Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, they will assist you in scheduling the exam.
Regards,
Flavia
