CKAD Exam laggy PSI environment
I had my first try on the CKAD exam yesterday at 3.30 pm. After starting the PSI browser, every action I took from simple keyboard inputs to browser scrolling, was extremely lagging and disrupted my workflow.
Due to the very short time frame I didn't want to waste any time on getting technical support and having the risk of not getting out any substancial aid while the clock kept ticking.
I failed the exam and I wont put all the blame to the messy technical circumstances, but this was a huge handicap, putting additional stress onto the tight situation.
Keystrokes and mouse clicks didn’t work on first or seconds trials, fluently browsing the docs was impossible, disrupting the workflow constantly.
And why wasn’t the classic ctrl/cmd+f shortcut for searching a page in Firefox available??
It was an awful experience, and I’m sure it’s not intended to be that way.
When I will have my second try, I need that everything will be fine on your side, otherwise I would stop immediately and insist on getting my money back.
Best regards,
Stefan
