CKA Exam Submission and Session Status Issue(TCCS-142569)

Hi Team,

it has now been several days since I completed my CKA exam, and my result is still being withheld under the pretext of Section 4.5 of your certification agreement. I’ve already provided all the details you requested:

I took the exam in a work environment
I used a personal device
The operating system was Windows 10

I have complied fully with the exam rules and conducted myself with complete integrity during the session. If your team has concerns regarding my exam session, then the right course of action is to either:

Allow me to redo the attempt immediately, or
Unlock my second attempt without further delay

It is not acceptable to indefinitely hold back my result without providing any specific reason or timeline. As a paying candidate who followed all procedures, I expect a timely and fair resolution—not indefinite silence under vague policy references.

Please treat this matter with urgency and inform me of the next steps. I am prepared to escalate this if a resolution is not provided soon.
