Different namespaces in LFS256. Plus copy/paste issues.

LFS256 labs begin with a deployment in the namespace 'argocd' and all consecutive labs work in namespace 'argo'. Please change this in the first lab to align with all the others. It's frustrating to have to change this in each yaml example.

Also the copy/paste for the code examples is not flawless as the examples are formatted and will not paste as you would expect. Linebreaks in the middle of a one-liner, or all indentation is gone. Could you also please fix this?
