A quick Introduction of myself
Hey everyone,
I purchased this course back in December and now I've finally found the time to push through it. Starting this week I'll kicking off my studies with the goal to take the certificate by the end of August at latest.
I come from +5 years as an Infrastructure and Network Engineer, however, to emphasis my hands-on experience with Linux, I decided to also certify myself on the topic.
With that said, do I have any fellow students currently studying and doing do the course? Also, is there maybe a Discord channel available? I would be create to be able to communicate through Discord if that option is available.
Thanks and I look forward to getting to know whoever will be joining me on this journey ![]()

Hi,
I am in a similar situation - already had the course but just now able to truly commit to 20hrs a week to study. I actually purchased the Cloud Engineer - IT Professional Program so this is one of five courses. I come from 10 years of end user support, have taken the Intro Linux from edx and decided to increase my Linux knowledge as well as get the Azure Essential. Not sure if there is a Discord. I started and stopped LFS203 twice but able finally able to fully commit now so I am looking forward to a fun journey. I made it halfway through but starting from scratch today!

Hi guys, I have also just started the IT Professional Program and happy to be here. I do have some knowledge of Linux but never did any certification or real projects. I am more eager to learn and implement to make life easier and better. I am excited and pumped and hope I can learn a lot from you all. Cheers Bas
