Exercise LFS148 otel-in-action not working?

I started all containers using "docker compose up" and all of them are running. I can access Jaeger and Prometheus, but not the Thymeleaf or the Python Flask frontends.
With both I get an empty response, either to the browser and wget.

From todoui-thymeleaf-1 I get:
1. OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: Sharing is only supported for boot loader classes because bootstrap classpath has been appended
2. otel.javaagent 2025-05-01 21:18:50:127 +0000] [main] INFO io.opentelemetry.javaagent.tooling.VersionLogger - opentelemetry-javaagent - version: 2.3.0
3. [Too many errors, abort]

What can I check?

I'm on a Mac, Apple silicon. Using VZ instead of QEMU solved the issue.
