My Experience with the CKA Exam and PSI Browser Issues

Hi everyone,

I’m sharing my experience here in case others have faced the same issue.

During my CKA exam today, I had to reconnect about ten times because, although the webcam was successfully detected during the initial system checks, the PSI Secure Browser kept losing the webcam connection right before the exam questions loaded. When I finally managed to get through the initial checks and start the exam, the browser again stopped detecting the webcam during question 6, which disconnected me and ended the session. I wasn’t able to complete the exam.

I tried using two different webcams, but the problem persisted. I’ve just purchased a new one, hoping it will be more compatible with PSI Browser for the next attempt.

Also worth noting: I had to switch PCs at the very last minute. Although my Mac passed all the PSI system checks, the exam wouldn’t start when the time came.

I’ve already opened a support ticket to request a reschedule. I just wanted to share this here in case it helps others who might run into the same issue.

Thanks,
Yassine
