Error in course information

Hello,

I believe there's an error in the course information in LFS255. In "chapter 9 - Policy Evaluation", the "warn" evaluation result incorrectly states that an "error" state can be set to "warn" with an annotation. The official documentation states that a "fail" can be set to "warn" with an annotation.
