CKA examination: No reply from Linux support or from PSI support when there are issues with PSI brow

Hi,

I want to raise concern about my recent CKA examination experience, As per the examintation rules i have joined for exam 30minutes before and online protactor came at around 10:10, and he took lot of time for checks and dragged till 10:25 and he asked me to re-launch the session, I have tried re-launching it and PSI issues came by that time and as the time already exceed the re-launch button was disabled and no way to attempt the exam.
Have reached PSI support and Linux support and whole day i was on it. I didnt get ny response or support from anyone.
I have seen forum saying that Linux team takes several days to give the response and i have no clue whom to reach and i exam will expire in few days.
I have horrible experience with the team. which makes me think why i taught of taking the exam. Please extend the support to the ones who attempt the exam with hope and left even without have to launch the exam itself
Please suggest me how to proceed now i have done all support tickets from my end.
Please help to re-schedule the exam.

    We apologize for the issues encountered during the exam and the inconvenience they caused. If you already opened a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, rest assured that once your ticket is assigned they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date, providing an extension if needed. Response time may take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
