CKAD | PSI Browser | Pathetic Experience

I took CKAD exam on 19 Apr 2025.
The environment has been extremely very very slow, and I was unable to complete even the "Knows" questions due to this issue. The shell response time was significantly delayed, which severely impacted my performance. I am very disappointed, and I am concerned that the same problem may occur during my retake as well. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to ensure a smooth experience in the next attempt.
