PSI Browser Froze and no Help was Offered

I just took the CKA exams today, and halfway in, the PSI software completely froze. I had over 67 minutes left. It told me I have lost access to my camera and then the browser exited. I went back in and the proctor had to put me through the checks again which took over 10 minutes. I started after that and the PSI software froze on me again, and this time, it would not even allow me enter anything into the browser. This was the second time I am taking the exam because I failed the first trail. I was given a ticket number and I am requesting a reschedule. I hope they respond swiftly. My computer is a high end workstation, with 32GB RAM and 500GB SSD with over 350GB free space. This is a core i7 computer with great processing power. I even ran their system check and it said my computer passed. This shouldn’t be happing, considering the status that the Linux Foundation has. I hope someone is able to help me reschedule as soon as possible. It has been a very bad and frustrating experience to be honest.

    Hi @gbiekro

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam. Please note that response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
