PSI Browser Froze and no Help was Offered
I just took the CKA exams today, and halfway in, the PSI software completely froze. I had over 67 minutes left. It told me I have lost access to my camera and then the browser exited. I went back in and the proctor had to put me through the checks again which took over 10 minutes. I started after that and the PSI software froze on me again, and this time, it would not even allow me enter anything into the browser. This was the second time I am taking the exam because I failed the first trail. I was given a ticket number and I am requesting a reschedule. I hope they respond swiftly. My computer is a high end workstation, with 32GB RAM and 500GB SSD with over 350GB free space. This is a core i7 computer with great processing power. I even ran their system check and it said my computer passed. This shouldn’t be happing, considering the status that the Linux Foundation has. I hope someone is able to help me reschedule as soon as possible. It has been a very bad and frustrating experience to be honest.
