Technical issues during my CKS exam, and I was pushed out of the PSI test remote environment
During the exam, I was unexpectedly disconnected from the testing environment. When a new proctor took over, it took a considerable amount of time to restore my session, causing me to lose approximately 25 minutes. Although the PSI exam guidelines state that the test should resume from where it was interrupted, I continued facing technical issues.
Even after resuming, the exam environment frequently refreshed and experienced significant lag, making it difficult to navigate and complete the test smoothly. These disruptions created a highly stressful experience and impacted my ability to perform effectively.
due to these technical issues, I was unable to complete the test as intended. I request an urgent investigation into this matter and immediate assistance.
I submitted a ticket immediately following my CKS exam, but it has been over 48 hours without any response. I would be grateful if someone from the support team could look into this.

Hi @kingsathurthi ,
We're very sorry to hear about the experiences you have had. The Linux Foundation's aim is to ensure a smooth examination process for everyone, but unfortunately, challenges can sometimes arise despite our best efforts. The Customer Support Team may take several business days to respond to a ticket once it is assigned as they are addressed in the order they are submitted. You should hear back from them soon.
Regards,
Ariane

For what it's worth, I've just had the same CKS experience!!! Session kept reconnecting and eventually PSI browser shut down completely. I just submitted a ticket. I've done CKA a month ago on the same laptop and same connection and had no issues at all.
