CKA exam start issue - how to proceed?

I'd like to understand how to reschedule the exam and resolve the "We regret to advise that due to an internal system problem, your Exam will not provision correctly and therefore will NOT be available to launch." issue.

I've raised a Ticket already, what else should be done from my side? Thank you.

The Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam once your ticket is assigned. Please note that response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
