How long does it take to receive a response from the support team after raising a ticket?

Recently, I received my LFS158 certificate, but upon reviewing it, I noticed there are small mistakes in my name. I have raised a ticket for this twice, but I haven't received any reply from the support team yet.

    If you opened a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, response time can take up to several business days (no weekends of holidays included).
