LFEL1011 Chapter 3 OpenAPI specification version incompatible with Kiota

The OpenAPI version 3.1 is not supported by Kiota, and the example API documentation on chapter 3 uses this version. The API documentation works tottally fine as OpenAPI 3.0 document. Adding this to the section dealing with Kiota would be essential addition to the content.
