Second environment check after test started

I took the CKAD exam, and, having completed the visual check of my office, I was going through the walkthrough of the test interface. Midway though this, my proctor started another check - a second check - of my office. When I returned to the test environment, I found that my test had already started and the clock had run down by 10 mins. Did anyone have a similar experience?

We apologize for the issues encountered during your exam. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team at trainingsupport@linuxfoundation.org, and they will assist you.

Response time from the Linux Foundation team may take several business days (no weekends or holidays), as each ticket is assigned and processed in the order it is received.
