Didn’t get CKS result after 4 days

I did my Exam on 2025/02/18 and so far my results are not released. I checked the portal as well and it shows as
Status: Grading in progress.
Exam results will be released 24 hours after exam is completed.

I faced some issues as well in the last 10 minutes and got disconnected and when I join back with all the verification Time was over. I'm worried it was just a network issue or exam itself.

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. Please note that tickets are assigned in the order they are received, so it can take up to several business days (weekends and holidays are not included) for the Support team to address your ticket.
