@fcioanca what is the SLA for looking into the tickets. i have raised other ticket earlier and have to cancel that - the service has been really sad. why is linuxfoundation not issuing the badges correctly within the time period. i have purchased several other exams and concerned and hope this wont be a regular thing in future to keep raising tickets and asking to help
Thanks
