Some suggestions from my previous bad experience of the exam

Previously I have post the bad experience during taking cka, then I take it again. And as I have done all I can do to prevent last time's trouble, this time all goes well (basically). Here are some suggestions from this time experience.
1. Help from the tech support. Frankly speaking, I don't meet the long waiting time for support which some other users met before. I take it on Monday, and on Wednesday the ticket was assigned and solved. also thanks the reply from @fcioanca
2. The tech supporter said, these troubles are all caused by bad internet connection during the exam. As I said before, it is 100M internet in my apartment, and I believed it is good. But after I test it, it seems not stable enough, as I used wifi. And this time, because my MBP is old, which not meet the requirements, so I used another laptop (the hardware is really good), but when I test the internet speed, it shows 3 times lower than my old MBP. (Here I have no intention to compare these, just a present what I have checked, these difference can refer to my system settings or any other reasons). And I also bought a new ethernet adapter, instead of using the wifi directly.
Therefore, if you met with the problem, may check following:
1. the time slot, if you use the shared internet, may be choose a better time slot
2. choose a device which has a better performance on the internet speed.
3. better not to use wifi.
