US centric training

Hi,
I just started the training and am at the point where all the agencies like NIST, CISA, CIS, etc. are introduced. All those agencies are either part of US departments or have their HQ in the US.
There are others though, like the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA).
As stated in the training itself, keeping track of everything can be overwhelming and so I can understand that you can't provide an exhaustive list. Nevertheless, I'm a bit disappointed that the training seems to be so US centered, since the linux foundation is supposed to "provide a neutral, trusted hub for developers".
