PSI browser issue

I downloaded the PSI browser 20 min prior to exam, post installation psi browser its just showing loading nothing was happening. i have open 3 tickets but no any response since 36 hrs.
literally it's frustrating to me to keep more patience.

Tickets are assigned and handled in the order they are received, and processing may take several business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the volume of requests.
