Better time slot for Europe users to take the exam

Hello,
Is there anyone can give some suggestions for Europe users, when it is the best time to take the cka exam? I mean which time slot. Last time I took the exam at 7:30pm, I was kicked off from the exam, because the again and again frozen window, disappearing curse, slow login... way bad experience. I ask for LF tech support, but no response yet, so I decide to re-take the exam. But I don't want to experience previous disaster again.
So is there anybody could give some suggestions which time slot is better for Europe user to take the exam? Will Morning be better? or late night? As I use other exam platform, I always take the exam in morning, and all works fine, but I am not sure about the PSI, will it be better?
