Hello,
yesterday I have an cka exam during 7:30pm - 9:30pm (Munich local time). It was a way bad experience. Let's put some trivial stuff aside, there are many critical issues I faced with:
1. About 30 minutes into the exam, the PSI window started freezing intermittently, causing PSI desktop to become unresponsive. This issue persisted throughout the exam.
2. While attempting Question 13, the PSI system completely froze. I refrained from clicking further, fearing I might accidentally close the window. Eventually, a message appeared stating that the session had stopped, and I was kicked out...
3. Then find way to re-login, after a long time, I enter the window again, when I left it still nearly 1 hour left, but when I re-login, only 2 min left...
4. I asked the PSI tech support, they checked then said, I need to contact LF support. But now it's Jan. 14, no reply yet.
5. And during the exam, for several times, the cursor is disappeared, I need to copy paste by feeling and estimating where it is, "oh, the cursor should be at this line now..." I don't know what to say.
6. About the question, there is at least 1 question (before 13 question, as I was kicked off at the 13th question) I can remember have unclear description. (I cannot disclose details due to exam confidentiality, but I believe the question 6 included incorrect information about a k8s resource field. I recommend reviewing this question for accuracy.)

I have take some other online exam as well, but this is really a case I ever met. I am not sure if it is the problem of the time slot I picked, I think 7:30pm Munich is the Morning in US time, but it still stuck like this. While my internet connection is good, as I said, I have taken other online exams without experiencing similar issues, so I think this problem may be specific to the PSI platform?(not sure). And I see many Post seems have the similar issue with me, how do you avoid these finally (better for Europe users)? Could somebody give some suggestions? Thanks
b.t.w when can I get the reply of LF tech support?

Thanks
Cheedge

    Hi @cheedgelee

We apologize for the inconvenience these issues have caused. If you opened a ticket with the LF Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, please note that response time can take up to several business days. All exam-related feedback and issues must be shared with them - forums are meant to be used exclusively for course content related questions and feedback.

yes, I submit the ticket at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org.
But there are still problems, even if I take it again, will this happend again? Is it related to the time slot I choose? (I am in Munich so it is central Europe time). Is there some suggestions to avoid these troubles? As I also will take the cks, if there is still the same trouble, that will be another bad experience (I hope not).
As I see there are already many people met with this or that issues during the exam, maybe LF can give some improvement? (I know it's not easy to really improve this). But each time taking one exam, we need to find a accessible time slot for the exam and also adjust our own time and body for it. Then we met with these issues, then even if take again, we need to find another date for it... it is really not a good experince for the examinees.

(btw as I mentioned above, some questions description also have some issues, it's better to review it.)
    Thanks

    Best,
    Cheedge
